At Dresses & Dreams, we know your dress is more than just a purchase—it’s part of a moment you’ll remember forever. We want your online shopping experience to feel just as personal and exciting as visiting us in store. Please review the following policies carefully before placing your order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & AVAILABILITY

Once your online order is received, a member of our team will review the details and contact you within 3 business days to confirm availability and provide any additional information regarding your purchase.

Our website includes merchandise available through Dresses & Dreams as well as inventory available from our designers. While inventory is updated regularly, all merchandise is subject to final availability verification. In the rare event that an item is no longer available, we will contact you promptly.

Please be sure to provide an accurate email address and phone number when placing your order so we can reach you if needed.

Dresses & Dreams does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, store credits, or transfers of funds from one dress or order to another.

Once an order has been processed or merchandise has been ordered or reserved on your behalf, it cannot be canceled, changed, transferred, or refunded.

Please carefully review the style, color, and size selected before submitting your order.

SIZING

Formalwear sizing can vary significantly by designer and often differs from everyday clothing sizes. Each customer is responsible for reviewing the applicable designer’s size chart, taking accurate measurements, and selecting the size they wish to order.

Dresses & Dreams is not responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer. An incorrect fit does not qualify an order for a return, refund, exchange, credit, or transfer.

If you are unsure which size to select, we encourage you to contact us before placing your order. We are always happy to help you understand a designer’s size chart; however, final size selection remains the customer’s responsibility.

ALTERATIONS

Alterations are normal and should be expected with formalwear.

Even when the appropriate size is selected, gowns are not custom-made to an individual’s measurements. Hemming, strap adjustments, bust or waist alterations, cups, and other modifications may be necessary to achieve your desired fit.

Alteration services and expenses are separate from the purchase price of your gown and are the customer’s responsibility.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

We stand behind every order we fulfill. If Dresses & Dreams mistakenly ships an item that differs from the style, size, or color listed on your confirmed order, or if your merchandise arrives with a significant manufacturer defect, please contact us immediately.

Any issue must be reported before the gown is worn, altered, tags are removed, or the merchandise is otherwise changed from the condition in which it was received.

We will review the issue and, when applicable, work with you and/or the designer to make it right.

SHIPPING & EVENT DATES

Standard shipping is a flat rate of $35 per order and will be added to your total at checkout.

Expedited or overnight shipping may be available when needed. Additional shipping charges will apply and are not included in the standard shipping fee. A member of our team will contact you with the expedited shipping cost and receive your approval before proceeding.

Please provide your correct event or wear date when placing your order. We make every effort to ensure accepted orders can be fulfilled within the expected timeframe.

If expedited designer processing or other special handling is required to meet your wear date, we will contact you regarding availability and any additional costs before proceeding.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Dresses & Dreams.

PAYMENT

Payment is required according to the total presented and authorized at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other disclosed charges will be reflected as part of your order.
